Over these two days, the trustees, staff and volunteers learned how to engage their respective roles and responsibilities within the ATP, as well as learning good management skills and the sound financial practices required for a Charitable Organisation. This newly acquired skill base; knowledge of correct procedure, and the astute application of funds, will enable all the members of the ATP to give a first class service, not only to the Tamils, but to any person or organisation which seeks their help.
