ATP-UK Supplementary School Programme
Our 6 month pilot for the Supplementary School Programme, begun last October, has continued to go from strength to strength. With the skilled help of two teachers, we are offering literacy classes for children from years 1 – 3, teaching 30 children who come from 12 schools from within the London Borough of Lewisham: the children have been selected by their schools as pupils who would most benefit from this type of support . read more
Family Learning Programme at Sandhurst Primary School
The Family Learning Programme began in January ’09 for the Tamil Parents and their children who attend Sandhurst Primary School, Catford. The programme consists of 12 sessions per group; parents are equipped with the necessary tools to keep up with their children’s progress through school, as well as offering help with the parent’s own basic literacy in English. read more
